- We have had a presence in the province for over 20 years.
- We assist police and families in the search for missing children all across Canada.
- Child Find Nova Scotia works with Child Find offices in other provinces and in the U.S.
- Child Find programs are staffed by volunteers.
- We maintain our programs through fundraising events and private donations.

- In 2006, 10,000 Nova Scotia children participated in Child Find safety education.
- In 2006, there were 67,000 children reported as missing in Canada. Approximately 500
were from Nova Scotia.
- Over 90% of Canadian missing children are recovered.
